Shipping policy

We use a third-party shipping company
When your parcel is handed over to them, it is no longer in our possession or power to ensure its safe arrival. The onus falls upon the shipping company. We wrap and box it up to keep it safe from any external handling. However, we are not responsible for the handling of the package, once not in our possession anymore.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos immediately of the condition of it and log a query with us in order to take it up with the courier services.

Deadlines
All orders with a specific deadline must receive written confirmation of such deadline. Simply requesting a deadline does not make it effective, as scheduling often needs to be confirmed if couriers are involved.

We will not commit to a date until we’ve gotten order confirmation from the client. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of their garment selection, quantities and deposit payment. We also need to know the desired completion date upon confirmation, at which time we actually apply the due date to the job.

We cannot guarantee a place on the schedule without having complete info and a confirmed order up front (Believe us – we’ve learned from experience). If we do offer a place on the schedule in anticipation of a confirmed order, then we will hold that slot for 48 hours before putting a different job in its place.

Rush Orders
We understand that there are occasions when orders are needed urgently. We strive to fulfil those orders. The amount of time it takes the courier to get the order to you is not guaranteed by us.

Payment
We use a secure payment provider called Payfast. We require payment in full before confirming an order for production.
